This richly coloured acrylic painting reflects travels abroad and an interest in flamenco dancing. Kane said, ' Sitting beneath the Alhambra in the Albaicin, which is the oldest part of the city we watched flamenco dancers walk from table to table singing and dancing. The whole performance lasted only minutes but stayed with me for years and resurfaced in this oil painting when back home in the studio.'
