Kane bought a house on the edge of a cliff to create a sculpture/site-specific art installation. The house was on the edge of a cliff due to coastal and man-made erosion. The artwork became known as The House Project. The artwork achieved international media exposure and was seen on several television programmes. The paintings were part of a body of work created within the house over a period of several years. The House Project was eventually demolished in 2013. These final remaining works are being sold from the private collection of Kane Cunningham.
